How the enquiry form works

When you select Send my enquiry, your completed form is submitted directly to Simtiar Services. A notification with your submission details is sent to info@simtiar.com. You do not need an email application to submit the form.

The enquiry form is provided through Wix Forms. Your submitted information is stored in Simtiar’s Wix account and delivered through the connected email notification service so our team can review and respond. This form does not accept attachments. Simtiar uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and coordinate next steps.

Employment applications

The careers form submits your contact details, preferred role, résumé text and experience directly to Simtiar’s recruitment team at info@simtiar.com. Applications are stored in Simtiar’s Wix account and delivered through the connected email notification service. We use this information to review your application and contact you about recruitment. The careers form accepts résumé text. You can also email a résumé attachment directly to info@simtiar.com using your own email service. Résumés sent by email are received in Simtiar’s email account and used for the same recruitment purposes. Please do not include government identification, screening documents or confidential information about people you have supported.

What to share

Contact details, the service being explored, an age range, broad support needs and timing are enough to begin. Please do not include detailed medical records, diagnoses, government identification, case notes or other highly confidential documents in the website form.

Links to other services

The website links to external services, including social media, the accreditation directory and photography sources. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Website enquiry measurement

We measure page views, enquiry starts, submitted website enquiries and clicks on our phone and email links to understand whether our website helps people reach us. A random browser-session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record the page path, selected service, referring website domain and campaign labels where available. For new visits, we use approximate city, province or state, and country information based on the internet connection to understand where our website and marketing reach visitors. Our hosting provider supplies country information. Where more detail is unavailable, the network IP address is sent over an encrypted connection to DB-IP, a location lookup provider, to estimate city and province or state. This lookup may be made by our server or directly by your browser; the browser lookup sends no page URL, campaign details, form information or site cookies to DB-IP. We save only the resulting approximate location in analytics. A successful browser estimate is cached in session storage for up to 30 minutes. A temporary cache uses a daily changing hashed network identifier and expires within 24 hours; raw IP addresses are not stored in that cache. IP geolocation by DB-IP. These locations may reflect a VPN, mobile carrier or shared network rather than the visitor’s actual location. We do not request GPS access or store street addresses, postal codes, coordinates or raw IP addresses in these analytics records. We do not put names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry summaries in these analytics records, and we do not record full referring URLs. Reports are restricted to the site owner. Analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit automated spam.

Your enquiry is sent through our website to the existing Wix Forms service. A successful submission displays a confirmation and reference number. Contact and referral details remain subject to the enquiry handling described above. Click counts do not identify individual website visitors or prove that a telephone call or email was completed.
